Our imaginary kitchen draws inspiration from Taiwan's punchy flavors—chili, garlic, citrus, soy, sesame, and a little sweet funk—then takes them on two wheels.
The result is sauce for breakfast dumplings, beef noodles, fried chicken, rice bowls, grilled vegetables, and anything else that looks like it needs a little danger.
